During the period of martial law in Ukraine, shipments are delivered according to the approved tariffs of the TEKS group of companies, regardless of the conditions specified in the contract (updated tariffs are attached). Delivery of documents/cargo by the client after receiving the specified letter (by e-mail and/or other electronic services, methods) is the acceptance and approval of the proposed trade conditions (according to the principle of tacit consent).
