a) parcels are accepted by a courier at the Customer’s address, and the Recipient picks them up independently from the office of the company “TEKS-Ukraine” (or from the office of a partner)
b) parcels are accepted from the Customer at the office of the company “TEKS-Ukraine” (or at the partner’s office) and delivered to the specified address to the Recipient.
